Custom software, built faster with AI and reviewed by engineers

SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps and business tools, delivered by our engineering centre with AI at every step of the method.

Two engineers reviewing work on a laptop

Overview

SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps and business tools, built by engineers who use AI at every step and review every line. Faster delivery, higher quality, a budget within reach.

Since 2021 our engineering centre has shipped products for clients in Qatar, Oman, Algeria and France: a bilingual e-learning platform, a car-rental app and back office, marketplaces, health and logistics apps. AI now speeds up every stage; engineers still own every decision.

The challenge

What usually goes wrong

  • Months of specification before anyone sees a screen.
  • Budgets that drift because scope was never pinned down.
  • Code nobody can maintain once the original team leaves.
  • Arabic support bolted on at the end, breaking layouts.

Our answer

Our approach

A clickable prototype in the first weeks, scope and budget fixed before the build, increments you can test every sprint, documentation generated as we go, and right-to-left layouts designed from day one when you need them.

AI in our method

AI drafts. Engineers decide.

AI takes the repetitive part of every stage. Engineers keep architecture, security and the final say.

StageWhat AI doesWhat the engineer does
SpecificationsDrafts user stories and acceptance criteria from workshop notesValidates them with you and fixes the scope
CodeProduces first versions of components and endpointsReviews, corrects and owns architecture and security
TestsGenerates unit and end-to-end test casesChooses what must be tested and checks coverage

Approach

Five steps, visible progress at each one.

  1. 01

    Scope & specify

Workshops and journeys; specifications drafted with AI, then reviewed and approved with you.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Mock-ups and a clickable prototype produced early and tested with your users.

  3. 03

    Build in increments

Code produced with AI and reviewed by our engineers; a demo every sprint.

  4. 04

    Test & go live

Automated tests, acceptance, pre-production, then a controlled go-live.

  5. 05

    Evolve

Up-to-date documentation, monitoring and new releases.

FAQ · AI-augmented engineering

Frequently asked questions.

At every stage: specifications, prototyping, code, automated tests, documentation and code review. AI produces a first version; an engineer reviews, corrects, tests and approves it. Nothing ships without that review.

It is treated like any developer’s code: reviewed by an engineer, covered by automated tests, continuously integrated and accepted before go-live. Architecture and security decisions stay with the team.

It depends on the scope, agreed together during scoping: timeline and budget are known before we start. Several of our products for Qatar and Oman were delivered in three months.

Yes. We start with a code and architecture audit; AI helps document the existing system quickly, then the team proposes an incremental evolution plan.

Scoping, programme leadership and the client relationship are handled from France; design, development and testing are done by our centre in Tunisia, one hour behind Paris. We work in Scrum, with incremental releases and three environments (development, pre-production, production).

Yes. Our engineering team has shipped seven products for clients in Qatar and Oman, including a bilingual Arabic–English e-learning platform delivered in batches over three years. We work in English, French and Arabic, and plan our rituals around both the European and the Gulf working weeks.
