One system, many countries, the same go-live discipline.

Wave-based roll-outs of business applications across countries and sites: pilot, local acceptance, key users, go/no-go and adoption, between Europe and the Gulf.

When to call us

Signs this is the right moment.

If two or more of these sound familiar, a first conversation will help you decide what to do next.

  • 01

A global template must go live in several countries or plants.

  • 02

Regulations, languages and system versions differ from site to site.

  • 03

Earlier waves slipped, or the system was installed but not used.

  • 04

Headquarters and local teams work different hours and weeks.

What we do

Six things we take care of.

01

Roll-out strategy

Pilot choice and waves grouped by regulation, language and system version.

02

Country readiness

Local requirements, data, integrations and support checked before each wave.

03

Local acceptance

Test campaigns run by local users on their own scenarios.

04

Key-user network

Named, trained key users in every site, first line of support after go-live.

05

Cut-over & go/no-go

Runbooks and go/no-go criteria agreed before each wave starts.

06

Hypercare & adoption

Close support after go-live and adoption measured, not assumed.

How it runs

Four steps, decisions at each one.

  1. 01

    Pick a representative pilot

One that carries the typical constraints, not the easiest one.

  2. 02

    Design the waves

Countries grouped by what drives effort, on real local calendars.

  3. 03

    Go live country by country

Readiness, local acceptance, training, then go/no-go.

  4. 04

    Hypercare & adoption

Close support, then usage measured site by site.

Other consulting services

Every plan uses each country’s real calendar: working weeks, public holidays that follow the lunar calendar and reduced hours during Ramadan in the Gulf. Committees and cut-overs are placed in the days and hours that teams share.

In waves: a pilot country, then groups of countries with similar constraints. Each site has trained key users, a local acceptance phase and a go/no-go decision. Our consultants have run this model across 45 countries for one programme and 32 plants for another.

Yes. Our engineering team has shipped seven products for clients in Qatar and Oman, including a bilingual Arabic–English e-learning platform delivered in batches over three years. We work in English, French and Arabic, and plan our rituals around both the European and the Gulf working weeks.
