Scoping, programme leadership and the client relationship are handled from France; design, development and testing are done by our centre in Tunisia, one hour behind Paris. We work in Scrum, with incremental releases and three environments (development, pre-production, production).

Each use case is assessed during the diagnostic. For European clients, GDPR and the EU AI Act risk levels shape the design: transparency, documentation and human oversight. For Gulf clients, the applicable national personal data protection law (Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain all have one) is reviewed with your legal team. Model and hosting are then chosen to match, and every agent action is logged.

Yes. One point of contact can scope the project, have our centre build it, add an AI solution where it makes sense, then lead the roll-out, across several countries if needed. You can also use a single practice on its own.

A fixed fee for a defined scope (a prototype, an MVP, a product), agreed before we start; a monthly fee for a dedicated team or programme leadership. The AI diagnostic is complimentary.
